As Mary Oliver says:
Go make the most out of your "one wild and precious life."

Our mission is to simplify self-improvement—making apps that turn "being your own best friend" into doable daily habits.

What about my privacy?

We don’t store any of your data, period. We know how personal your entries can be.

Instead, under Settings, you can export a PDF of all that you’ve written, email it yourself, or save it to your device. You can do this anytime. You will never be asked to log-in or register. Just be sure to export your current entries before switching to a new phone.

Will you be making more apps?

Never say never but no, probably not.

At heart, we're minimalists. We do not believe in feature-heavy apps, nor do we want to make apps just because we can. We believe that the best parts of life are found out therebehind our phones—and apps are supposed to make it easier to live that life.

After much soul searching, there were only 3 apps we saw ourselves using daily: Prompted Journal to reflect in the morning, Listberry to keep our heads clear throughout the day, and Three Good Things before bed. They're more simple habit-helpers than apps and they embody the 3 components of what we think constitute happiness: (1) knowing yourself (2) working towards something meaningful (3) and sustaining gratitude.

I don’t like any of your apps.

Take this as an official invitation from the universe to find one practice you can sustain. One that’ll mark a positive shift your life. There are so many great apps, programs, and resources in the world today.

Feel free to get in touch if you’re feeling lost or stuck. We might be able to suggest other options we’ve tried, or at the very least, offer support and encouragement. Don’t worry, you won’t be added to some mailing list. The fact that you’re even on this page makes us believe we have something important in common so if you feel called to reach out, we’re here for you, for real.

What do they cost?

After a 2-week free trial, each app costs 99¢/month, varying a bit depending on where in the world you live.

We're doing our best to keep the apps affordable, so please share this page or leave a review in the app store if you like them. This would do wonders to help us keep going.

Any tips for maintaining these habit-helpers?

Look, the truth is each of our apps require effort and willingness from you. They’re not designed to hook you in, and we can’t do the heavy lifting for you.

If you’d like, you can join us on Instagram or Twitter. We post daily journal prompts, quotes, and love notes on each account.

We also email our users once a week to check in, cheer them on, and share our thoughts on living a meaningful life. You’re welcome to join—sign up with your email below, and we’ll journey together.

We’re rooting for you.
